The film tells the story of three people for a year: a son (Magimel) diagnosed with cancer, a mother (Deneuve) suffering from helplessness and a doctor (Cécile de France) to do her job: One year and four seasons for these three characters to deal with the disease, to tame it, and to understand what it means to die while alive.。十五年前，沈枝意救下了商时予，商家因为商时予被暗害一事将人送出国，而在商时予回国的那天，阴谋再次到来，机缘巧合之下又是被沈枝意救下，而十五年前了无音讯，让沈枝意对商时予有了怨气，商时予只能假装失忆留在沈枝意身边……。Saran与搭档正在执行一项秘密任务，他们需要接触一位与女神同名的灵媒Sonklin。Sonklin必须作为关键证人协助Saran调查，同时与Pran医生联手寻找一枚能够超度亡魂、推动因果轮回的神秘护身符。在此过程中，他们还要揭开Sarum失踪案的谜团……。
