本剧讲述的是树懒六六、犰狳阿来与食蚁兽吉仔，由于亚马逊地区气候改变，三位濒危的小动物从亚马逊雨林搬进了繁华的都市里，他们一起租住在城中村的天台树屋中，开始他们全新的都市生活。六六因为行动缓慢，与城市的快节奏生活格格不入，因此总是找不到合适的工作，成为一个“无业游民”。阿来因为个子矮小加上脾气暴躁，只能在一家便利店打零工。片中他经常被六六惹到生气，但又总能从六六那里找到安慰，很快能平缓自己的情绪。吉仔凭借自己的一技之长在一家灭虫公司工作，是一个企业小白领，他身材魁梧，却是一个不喜欢运动的吃货，因为上班爱摸鱼还有点蠢笨，在公司里做事情总是出错而被老板批评，偶尔也会被同事捉弄。。A highly ambitious second-rung corporate executive, Victor Sandeman (Currie Graham), is losing his life style as a result of poor investments.
