电影《牡丹仙子之皇帝诏曰》讲述的是“天下第一牡丹”的故事。冬日，武则天下旨要百花开放，看护牡丹的花女瑞玉，执意守护花期，不肯让牡丹违时开放，被武则天贬往洛阳。流放途中，瑞玉无意得到武承嗣谋反证据，而被武三一路追杀。途径古县时，又遇瘟疫肆虐，民不聊生。瑞玉劝说押送官兵能稍作停留，为百姓治病。同时，狄仁杰得知证据去向，派出侍卫唐大成暗中保护瑞玉，贫瘠的古县城即将掀起一场血雨腥风……。Blu-ray第4巻收录OVA第4话。Ray runs North London's most powerful criminal gang, and his nephew Jude is a polished and successful member.
